Hello Awana Parents and Clubbers! We are pleased that you are interested in registering your child for the 2008-2009 Awana Club year at Bridges Community Church. This club year introduces a brand-new Sparks program and some encouraging changes for our Trek/Journey LITs.

Important Note for Trek & Journey: We now have 50 students registered for Trek and Journey in the updated LIT program at Bridges. Since the program is now full, we are no longer accepting new registrations for Trek or Journey. If you would like to place your student’s name on the waiting list for Trek or Journey, please email AwanaCommander@bridgescc.org.

To Register for Cubbies, Sparks, or T&T: Please submit a separate form for each child. To complete registration, a $20 per child application fee must accompany the signed hardcopy of this form (a printable form with submittal instructions will be provided after you click "submit" below).

Note to Parents choosing to submit Sparks Club applications after September 3: Please wait to be contacted by the Sparks Director for the date your child may begin attending Sparks Club.

September 11 – 1st night of Awana Club for Cubbies, Sparks, and T&T

September 18 – “Back To Club Night” - Parents of Cubbies, Sparks, and T&T Clubbers are required to attend this special program.

If you are under the age of 18 and want to be in Awana Club, please ask your parent/guardian to submit this information.
